Refund policy
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any food and beverage items, unless they are delivered faulty (proof required).
Non-faulty goods cannot be refunded.
This is due to the items being perishable goods.
However, we are keen to put things right should anything not go to plan so if you have an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@goodkynd.com
If your items arrive faulty or defective and you require your item(s) to be exchanged, please contact us at hello@goodkynd.com. If deemed faulty, we will send out a replace item.
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
You will be credited the same amount as you paid for the item.
